Log files can be found in the default install folder of the connector under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ITmanager.net\service
Typically there should be between 1 and 5 log files. The names of the log files will look something similar to:
agent-log.txt (latest file)
agent-log-20160117.txt (older files)
If you are experiencing problems with network connections using our Enterprise Server, we may request that you send us the log files.
