ITmanager.net for BlackBerry 10 Releases VNC & Apple Remote Desktop Features

The ITmanager.net team has been working steadily this summer! Hot on the heels of our July release for BlackBerry 10, we have a new update for BlackBerry World. ITmanager.net 2.2 includes two new features: VNC and Apple Remote Desktop.

Administrators can now use ITmanager.net on their BlackBerry 10 devices to connect to the graphical console of their computer, in order to control the keyboard and mouse.

New VNC & Apple Remote Desktop features for BlackBerry 10:

  • VNC Connections to any VNC server running on Windows or Unix
  • Apple Remote Desktop connections to Mac computers
  • Connect securely to servers inside firewalls with the BlackBerry MDS server

ITmanager.net for BlackBerry 10 support for Remote Desktop (RDP) to Windows and VMware management is coming soon to BlackBerry 10 devices.

ITmanager.net is a subscription based app that can be purchased for as little as $3/week or $99/year. Subscriptions periods are completely flexible and defined by the end user.
